KIT GUIDELINES
1. Player Kit
1.1 What is Provided - Every registered player receives a kit each season. All players across all age groups and formats receive the same provision:
Full playing kit — shirt, shorts and socks — or off-field clothing of equivalent value. Players may choose between playing kit and off-field clothing up to the same value. The club’s provision covers a playing kit; there is no requirement for this to be the home kit.
In addition, one goalkeeper shirt in a contrasting colour is provided per team.
1.2 When Kit is Issued - Kit will not be ordered until a player has signed up for their monthly subscription for the season through TeamFeePay. Managers should not request kit for players who have not yet completed their subscription set-up.
New players - For players new to the club, kit will not be ordered until the manager is satisfied the player is committing to the club. The timing of this is at the manager’s discretion. As a guide, kit should be requested once the player has attended regularly and their subscription is active.
1.3 Additional Kit - The club’s kit provision covers a standard playing kit (or equivalent off-field clothing) only. Any additional items — including second/third kit, alternative shorts or socks, training tops, hoodies, jackets, bags or any other off-field or leisurewear — are not covered by the club’s standard provision. Additional items can be ordered through the same process as standard kit (see section 2), but the cost must be met by the player’s family or through sponsorship. Managers must make clear to families before ordering that additional items are chargeable.
2. How to Order
2.1 Order Forms - All kit orders are submitted by managers using the official order form. Order forms can be found at:
Kit & Equipment | KeyworthUnitedCFC
Completed order forms must be emailed to:
2.2 Manager Responsibilities - Confirm each player’s subscription is active before submitting an order
Collect player sizes and submit them accurately on the order form. Player names are not included on order forms
Keep a record of which players have received kit each season
Distribute kit to players promptly once received from the club
Report any defective, incorrect or missing items to kit@keyworthunited.com without delay
2.3 Sponsorship-Funded Orders - Any items to be funded through sponsorship will not be ordered until the sponsorship payment has been received by the club. If a sponsor requires an invoice, please contact the treasurer at treasurer@keyworthunited.com.
2.4 Delivery - All kit is delivered directly to the club. Managers will be notified when their order has arrived and is ready for collection and distribution.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the order form. Please allow for this lead time when planning the start of your season. The club cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once an order has been placed with the supplier.
2.5 Deadlines - The club will notify managers of the deadline for kit order submissions each season. Late submissions may result in delays to kit being received. Please ensure orders are submitted as early as possible once players are signed up.
3. Coach Kit
From the 2026–27 season, kit provision will be extended to fully qualified coaches. This section sets out the eligibility criteria and what is available.
3.1 Eligibility - Each team is allocated £100 per season for coach kit. To unlock this budget, all coaches within the team must be fully compliant with the requirements below by the start of the season. If any coach is not compliant, the team is not eligible until all coaches meet the criteria, which must be in date: FA DBS Check - Safeguarding Children Course - Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) - Introduction to Coaching Football Required by at least one coach within the team (not every individual coach).
Or former FA Level 1 in Coaching Football.
Coaches who do not meet all criteria are not eligible for kit provision until they are fully compliant. It is the manager’s responsibility to confirm eligibility before submitting a coach kit order.
3.2 What the Budget Covers - The £100 team budget can be spent on any items from the club’s off-field clothing order form. Coaches may choose items that best suit their needs up to the value of the budget. Order forms are available at the link in section 2.1 — email completed forms to kit@keyworthunited.com.
3.3 How to Order Coach Kit - Coach kit is ordered through the same process as player kit. Complete the off-field order form (available at the link in section 2.1) and email it to kit@keyworthunited.com, confirming that all coaches within the team meet the eligibility
