Keyworth United Community Football Club are an England FA Accredited 3 star Club. This is the highest level of Club status within the FA accreditation system and reinforces the most highest level of club/player development and football vision

.

There are a number of benefits that this status brings the Club, but it also requires us to ensure that all our teams have coaches who are qualified and that these are regularly updated.

The requirements are as follows:

  • All coaches must have an in date DBS check and hold a Safeguarding Children qualification.

  • Each team must also have; one FA qualified coach (Introduction to Football) and  one FA qualified First Aider.

The club actively supports coaches to ensure we comply with the above requirements. We will endeavour to ensure coaches are notified if their qualifications are about to expire and the club will reimburse all courses. The Club are happy to fund FA courses however these will be reviewed on a case by case basis – please apply to our Football Development Officer.
